There is no better way to get straight-from-the-runway inspiration than looking at the fashion icons attending these shows. Captured through Despi Naka's lens, trends that are heading our way in men's fashion for Spring/Summer 2025 are spotted. Dior's influence came from South Africa for this collection, featuring reimagined workwear and clog-like boots, which proved that functionality can still be stylish. Outside the runway, attendees fit right in, with practicality taking the forefront but still exuding elegance. Take a look at some of our favourite street styles from outside the show:
No details here go unnoticed. Everything you need to create a seamlessly put-together outfit is in the shoes. Matching the colour or pattern of shoes to the rest of your look is the ultimate way to elevate. The tweed suit and polo combination from Quyen Mike embrace the connections of elegance and functionality this collection projected. Collars as an accessory are becoming a big part of street-style such as these. Collars have become versatile; with double collars, scarf collars, or even just no collars, it seems like the summer of experimenting with collars.

Are you not a fan of getting suited and booted? This sleeveless hoodie proves not everything has to be a black-tie occasion. Dressed down, with Dior's oblique pattern but still coordinated with a pair of slides, Abdulla set a more laid-back tone outside the show. Yet, inside, Dior took the idea of a catwalk literally, presenting an exhibition of the surreal with huge ceramic cats lining the runway, a tribute to South African artist Hylton Nel.

Attendees on the opposite end of the spectrum opted for an elegant approach to their street-style looks. With sleek satin suits and tied shirts, the influence of Dior’s timelessness was a perfect balance of casual and tasteful grace for Alice and js Roques. White button-ups layered with a high-waist, long-line skirt encapsulates the apron-chic showcased on the runway. If you thought this look couldn't get any more iconic, then take a look at the saddle bag. It seems a saddle bag revival is heading our way; look out for these staple accessories becoming a vital part of street styles next summer.

No more bulky man-bags or pockets full to the brim. This chic look hints at the next variations of bags for men. Adorned in navy blue and draped in tweed, Seungju's blend of monochrome functionality and patterned chic could not better embrace Dior's collection. Brooches and hats embellish the models on the Dior runway, and this subtle inclusion of the clutch gives hope for a brighter future for men’s accessories.

In reimagining workwear staples, attendees spot chunky clog-inspired boots, apron-esque layering and scarf collars - an eclectic mix of business and pleasure. Chunky shoes are the go-to for this event; even Robert Pattinson appeared in a sleek but casual suit paired with black, bulky shoes.

This collection emphasises craftsmanship, focusing on the finesse of collars as a simple way to stand out. Black-tie suits seem to encapsulate next summer's fashion trends, emphasising details. Delicate patterns and earthy tones contrast with pops of yellow, while chunky shoes provide a variety of styles and upcoming trends from next summer. The future looks promising for Dior, with an upcoming guest collection designed by F1 champion Lewis Hamilton.
